To rent a Mahindra Thar in Goa, please provide:
A valid original driving license (LMV)
One government-approved ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID)
A refundable security deposit (shared at time of booking)
Minimum age to rent: 21 years
Must hold a valid manual or automatic car driving license
Rental period runs from 9:00 AM to next day 9:00 AM
Late return without prior intimation will be chargeable
Extensions must be requested 24 hours before return time
Thar is delivered with standard fuel level
Return the vehicle with same fuel level to avoid refueling charge
Renter bears the fuel cost for the duration of rental
Driving is allowed within Goa state limits only
Strictly no racing, off-roading in restricted areas, or drunk driving
Do not lend or sub-rent the vehicle to others
Renter is liable for any scratches, dents, or mechanical damage
In case of accident, inform us and Goa Police immediately
A police report (FIR) is mandatory for damage claims
All traffic violations, fines, or challans during rental are the renter’s responsibility
We offer 24/7 roadside assistance
In case of vehicle breakdown, help will be arranged ASAP or a replacement Thar (subject to availability)
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are partially refundable
Last-minute cancellations may incur a nominal fee
