Maruti Suzuki Car Rental Terms & Conditions — Goa

✅ Documents & Deposit

• A valid driving license (original) must be presented at the time of booking and pickup.

• A government-approved ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory.

✅ Age & Driving Eligibility

• The renter must be at least 21 years old.

• The driver must have a valid driving license.

✅ Rental Period & Extension

• The rental period is calculated on a 9:00 am to next day 9:00 am basis.

• Late return without prior notice may incur additional charges.

• Extension of the rental period must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time.

✅ Fuel Policy

• Cars are provided with a certain fuel level and should be returned with the same level of fuel.

• In case of a shortage, a refueling charge will be applicable.

✅ Usage & Restrictions

• The vehicle is to be used only within Goa state limits, unless prior written permission is obtained.

• Off-roading, racing, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Sub-leasing or lending the vehicle to another person is not allowed.

✅ Damage & Liability

• The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period.

• In case of an accident, the renter must inform the rental company and local authorities immediately and provide a copy of the police report.

✅ Fines & Traffic Violations

• Any traffic fines or penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.

✅ Breakdown & Assistance

• In case of a breakdown, contact our 24/7 assistance number provided in the rental agreement.

• We will provide necessary support or arrange a replacement vehicle depending on availability.

✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of the booking amount.

• Last-minute cancellations may attract a nominal charge.
