• Convenient pickup from a location near your hotel

• Guests must arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure to avoid missing the cruise

• Boarding is done on a first-come, first-served basis

• Booking confirmation screenshot must be presented at the time of boarding

• Boarding pass must be retained until the end of the cruise

• Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages

• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory (Note: PAN Card is not accepted as ID)
